Josh Helland

Mr. Helland is a seasoned business executive with a breadth of experience working with start-ups to multi-national corporations across multiple industries including IT, consumer goods, finance, telecommunications, construction, and real estate development.

He brings a unique blend of education and interpersonal skills together by leveraging his engineering, math and MBA degrees for solid analysis with his ability to succinctly communicate complex technical issues in a straight-forward and understandable way. His results oriented professional experience has honed his management and problem solving skills through continued learning and application.

With his “get it done” attitude and passion for entrepreneurship, Mr. Helland has launched and advised multiple early stage companies across IT, consumer goods, real estate development and entertainment. Through those ventures he has worn many hats from sales to marketing to operations and raised over $7.5M for start-ups and emerging companies.

Josh is a former NCAA collegiate athlete having competed at the highest levels in Swimming and won 2 conference championships with the SMU Mustangs from 1996-1998. He also won Individual & Team Florida State Championships with The Bolles School and a Club Team National Championship with The Bolles Sharks from 1994-1996 while in High School under the leadership of coach Gregg Troy (2012 USA Olympic Men’s Team Head Coach).
